Their inconvenience and hardship should be compensated in<br \/>addition to actual expenses incurred for moving, lost business, and the differential<br \/>paid for an equivalent domicile. This cost is manageable and such relocation does<br \/>not entail uprooting entire communities.<\/p><p>However, waiting even one year before embarking on right-of-way acquisition may be<br \/>too late, for the point of these images is to show how further encroachment on the<br \/>most logical right-of-way will forever foreclose the feasibility of these projects. The<br \/>relocation burden could easily explode to 1,000 families and hundreds of businesses,<br \/>generating substantial political opposition. So even if formal adoption of a route and<br \/>formation of a toll concession must necessarily go through a lengthy bureaucratic<br \/>process, the fact that there is no practical alternative route means that it would be<br \/>prudent for the responsible bodies to identify spare funds in their budgets now. Such<br \/>monies should be allocated for advance purchase of parcels within this hypothetical<br \/>right-of-way most likely to be developed if left in private ownership.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
